This work is not maintenance-based. Many clients return every 3–4 months, allowing time for integration and embodiment.

This intimate session is a compassionate space where we can come together to create ritual around grief and embrace our emotions on the profound journey of grief. 

This offering is for those navigating: Death loss, Complicated or delayed grief, Ancestral grief, Identity shifts, endings, or transitions.

These individual 1:1 30-minute sessions are a gentle, accessible version of my Ancestral Frequencies work, offered as a seasonal gesture of community care.

Each session includes sound healing and Reiki, guided by ancestral listening and attunement. These sessions are shorter and lighter than my standard offerings and are intended for grounding, support, and nervous-system care.
